🤸 Establish fundamental techniques and stretches while learning proper form to safely:
✔ Tumble
✔ Cartwheel
✔ Perform across-the-floor tricks & song routines
🏆 Kids will also explore an exciting obstacle course featuring:
🔹 Balance Beam
🔹 Trampoline
🔹 Other Gymnastics Equipment
🎭 Props are used during warm-ups and cool-downs to develop fine motor skills.
🤸 Gymnastics I, II, III
🏅 Build a strong gymnastics foundation with techniques and stretches designed to correct form and ensure safety while performing:
✔ Tumbles
✔ Cartwheels
✔ Other across-the-floor tricks
🚀 As students advance they will be moved up into more advanced levels of classes. All classes will participate in the obstacle course of balance beams, trampoline, bars, inclines and more for All Gymnastics Levels.
👗 Attire: Leotards, shorts or comfortable clothes and bare feet. (hair back please)

🎶 Step into the spotlight with an exciting blend of:

💃 A high-energy class that teaches the latest hip-hop dance styles! Students will:
✔ Learn trendy dance moves
✔ Develop their own unique style
✔ Gain confidence while performing
🎶 Step outside the box and express yourself through dance!
Cheerleading & Cartwheels
Warm Up to popular songs for aerobic exercise, improved strength and stretching. Learn motions and jumps for correct cheer techniques. Practice cheers and pom pom dance routines that improves memory, coordination and gross motor skills. Basic cartwheel technique will be learned along with other tumble tricks. 🤸♂️
